Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free Regular Airmail shipping on Free Color Sample Only for Customers ordering our color sample.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

We use FedEx Envelope for light and small products(i.e. wraps for remote controllers, custom parts). Otherwise, FedEx Pak.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

If you live in a remote and less-accessible area,(mostly suburban and rural area) you need to pay extra "remote area surcharge. (about $26) (Canada, Australia) The surcharge will be added automatically when you put your address at checkout on our website. Shipping fee and remote area surchages are included at checkout but Customs duties are not included. You may need to pay Customs duty and handling fee. Please check your country's information.

Standard Shipping Fees

To some countries, we can send by ePacket (Japan Post). It is an insured and registered option. 

Economy Shipping Fees

For US customers, we have the Economy Shipping option. We use Japan Post + USPS. We will ship packages on Wednesdays and Fridays to our partner company. Then they send packages to the US warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays. After arriving the US warehouse, the packages will be handed to USPS. They will be shipped by USPS First-Class Package to your US address. The whole process takes about 2-3 weeks. 


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Regular Airmail shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days. (Mon-Fri except Japanese holidays)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
