WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free:
  • Regular Air Mail: *For colour sample ONLY* No tracking service/insurance available.
  • FedEx: Expedited service with insurance.
  • EMS (Japan Post): Expedited service with insurance. 
  • Economy Japan Post ePacket Light: Deliver to your mailbox. No Insurance Available.

*Remote Area - FedEx
If you live in a remote and less-accessible area,(mostly suburban and rural area) you need to pay extra "remote area surcharge. (about $26) (Canada, Australia) The surcharge will be added automatically when you put your address at checkout on our website. Shipping fee and remote area surchages are included at checkout but Customs duties are not included.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days. (Mon-Fri except Japanese holidays)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We have no control of delivery/customs clearance. We can contact delivery companies but usually it is faster if customers contact directly to your country's delivery companies. E.g. FedEx/Your local post
